These High Protein Cheesecake Jars are the perfect sweet treat to have in your fridge. They are made with four simple ingredients and come together in just a few minutes!

What you need

1 vegan chocolate chips

2 tsp cacao powder

5 graham cracker

2 tsp vanilla bean paste

¼ cup maple syrup

1 cup plain greek yogurt

1 cup cottage cheese
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, add in the cottage cheese, greek yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla bean paste. Blend until smooth and creamy. Next, add the graham crackers to a baggie and crush with hands until it's turns to a fine powder. Assemble jars with 1.5 tbsp of crushed graham crackers, then 1/4 cup of cheesecake filling and then finish it off with your favorite fruit for a topping. If making the chocolate version, mix in cacao powder to cheesecake filling until smooth and add in more sweetener if desired. Then assemble like the rest.
