If you have any spotty bananas, then I highly encourage you to make these Vegan Banana Brownies. They are sweet, indulgent but also secretly healthy.

Preheat oven to 375F and prepare an 9x9 or 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, add in the spotty bananas and mash until there are little to no chunks left. Next, add in the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until ingredients are well incorporated. Add in the oat flour, cacao powder, baking soda and salt. Use a rubber spatula to mix until a thick brownie batter is formed. Fold in the chocolate chips last then add batter to prepared dish. Spread evenly and top with more chocolate chips if desired. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely before slicing into and enjoy! I like to enjoy mine warm with a dollop of cool whip, dairy free caramel and diced hazelnuts.
