PRO TIP: making easy swaps like using @eatbanza pasta instead of regular allows me to get additional protein in without any effort at all. Even my fiance said he couldn't taste the difference between chickpea pasta and regular pasta. Plus eEach serving of Banza is packed with 20g of protein- wooop woop love that for us! METHOD: cook chickpea according to package- 1 pound of ground turkey cooked with 1/2 white onion and 2 cloves of garlic (seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper) Toss all of that with 1 cup of cottage cheese, 24oz can of marinara sauce, 2 cups of spinach, 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese. Add to a casserole dish, top with parmesan cheese and bake at 350F for 30 minutes. SOOO DANG GOOD!!!! You guys have to try!!!
